A heart unable to mend itself. Red acrylic on the wood that slowly fades, it symbolizes the loss of love. Cut through the center, one half fails to meet its counterpart. Flowers adorn the surface, representing both growth and decay. The plain wood forms two halves of a heart or infinity, held together by tape.
